El Calafate, Patagonia, Argentina (04/11/18-06/12/18)

We only came back here to get our flight to Puerto Madryn so didn’t get up to much. When we arrived we went out for some lunch and chilled out in the afternoon. In the evening, we met up with Claire & Dan (our friends we met on the ferry a couple of weeks ago) for drinks and then went to a restaurant for the famous patagonian lamb, which was amazing and definitely lived up to expectations!
The next day we had a walk to the lake where we were told there would be flamingos. Unfortunately it looked more like a swamp than a lake and there was only 1 flamingo that we could see, so we headed back to the hostel for some more chill time!
